Workforce Leadership Lab
A 15-week leadership and workforce development experience for people who are ready to learn, contribute, and grow.
Over the course of the program, you’ll explore your strengths, practice professional skills, work alongside a team, meet people who can expand your perspective, and complete projects connected to real community needs.
You’ll start with your own goals. Then you’ll work with a team. By the final five weeks, you’ll be applying what you’ve learned to a larger community project and preparing to share your work at the Leadership Showcase.
