Jenny is a Bay Area native and bilingual (spanish) educator, she’s spent more than a decade helping adults gain confidence through learning. Jenny oversees daily operations, curriculum, and partnerships. However, she’s most passionate about creating a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and capable.

Thedo is a Bayview resident and mentor with lived experience that makes his guidance real and relatable. He helps participants explore career paths, build résumés, and connect to job opportunities through TechSF and local employers. Thedo leads with empathy, humor, and a deep belief in second chances.

Aimee brings patience and problem-solving skills to every one-on-one session. She helps participants troubleshoot devices, navigate online tools, and build lasting digital confidence. Aimee manages the tech lab and equipment, making sure the Center runs smoothly and feels welcoming to all.
