La condition humaine was inspired by Rene Magritte's mastery of surrealist subjects and symbolism, developed with Schiaparelli house codes. After reading Foucault's analysis of Magritte's works in his quantum book "Ceci n'est pas une pipe", the same name of one of Magritte's most famous works, I was set to wonder how the thoughts of resemblance and similitude would translate into fashion.
