In training, our focus is not only to get stronger and move better, but to also develop greater focus and presence.
Through regular strength training and meditation practice, you'll build the habit of self commitment, grow your capacity for change, and cultivate your inner resiliance.

Weekly training sessions guarantee you’ll have consistently great workouts. Combine this with a check-in, body scan, and post workout meditation, you'll be leaving each session grounded and inspired.
Your exercise routine will be designed to provide the right amount of challenge to help you build strength and continue growing. Along the way, I’ll ensure correct form, offer coaching advice, and chat about life.
Training sessions are 45 minutes long followed by a 10 minute guided meditation. Session prices start at $75 for new clients.

The mobile training app will update weekly with seven additional practices to choose from. You can complete these as desired throughout the week to continue making progress towards your goals.

Subscription for the mobile app is complimentary for clients with 2+ weekly sessions, an additional $20 per month for clients with 1 weekly session, or $50 per month for non personal training clients.

Goal Specific Coaching provides the framework, guidance, and support to help you achieve your goal. We'll work together each week to plan, prepare, and take action; as well as integrate a mindfulness based approach to change.
This coaching service typically promotes a specific goal with-in a specific timeline, which is optimal for the motivated person wanting to create change.
