If your child has any of the following symptoms, keep them home from school, call their doctor, and notify the school nurse. 

Fever of 100.4 degrees or greater, chills or shaking chills, persistant cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, body rash with itching or fever.

Requirements mandated by the State of Massachusetts  :

All 7th Grade students must have a current physical and updated immunizations for entry. In order to participate in sports, students will need to have a physical exam on file with nurse, must be current physical no older than 12 months.

Nurses need documentation of all physical exams and immunizations. 

Any student who will need medications at school, such as Epi Pens, Inhalers, daily medication ,  will need Doctor's orders and parent/caretaker consents signed. Please call 978-345-3275 for questions.
