Hi! My name is Jayson Sanchez, and I am a cybersecurity student at FEU Tech. I have a strong passion for cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and protecting digital systems.
My skills include network security, penetration testing, and risk assessment. I enjoy learning about the latest cybersecurity trends, ethical hacking techniques, and ways to strengthen online security.
I am always eager to expand my knowledge and take on new challenges in the field of cybersecurity. Thanks for visiting my page!
GED0001 exposed me to an extensive and thought-provoking program that spanned from "Reading Process and the Text" through to "Reading Scientific and Technical Texts." GED0001 showed me that reading effectively goes beyond surface understanding after I came to the course with basic reading comprehension.
The vital practice of proactive reading engages with text in advance which I learned during Module 2 while studying "Pre-reading the Text." Examining titles together with abstracts and introductory parts allowed me to build contextual understanding and create my first set of hypotheses. The early preparation of texts before reading proved so beneficial that it enhanced my capacity to understand content and prevent distorted reading. Through Module 3 I learned an organized method to perform critical analysis by recognizing primary arguments together with rhetorical techniques and implicit beliefs. This module allowed me to develop from being a passive reader into an active interpreter of material.
In Module 4 "Post-reading the Text" I gained additional analytical skills through training methods for creating summaries and merged information yet assessing text data. The reflective phase of assessment within this step allowed me to achieve a better comprehension while solidifying my understanding of knowledge integration principles. Through the practical application in "Preparing a Reading Portfolio" Module 5 I demonstrated the worth of structured and reflective text interaction by combining all acquired skills from previous modules.
My understanding deepened through the specialized modules "Reading Scientific Texts," and "Reading Technical Texts" which were found in Modules 6 and 7. The lesson taught me about the specific features that define scientific and technical writing such as technical vocabulary together with technological data organization and structured reasoning methods. Through these specialized modules I gained important knowledge about effecting proper reading and interpretation of these particular text types.
The framework in GED0001 delivered an organized system which greatly improved my abilities to understand reading material and perform analysis. The combination of step-by-step pre-reading to post-reading strategies together with specialized lesson for scientific and technical texts provided essential skills needed for perusing various text types with critical effect. The course has boosted my academic results alongside its development of text interpretation skills and my understanding of methodical reading practices.
