The GPCNano has been developing work related to the study of structural and electronic properties of materials and in particular semiconductors. In addition, quantum transport properties in systems with reduced dimensionality have also been the focus of the Group's study. Research of linear and nonlinear optical processes that occur in materials and semiconductor heterostructures has been developed by the group members in recent years.
