Federal Institute of Science And Technology (FISAT)

With the motto ‘Focus on Excellence’, Federal Institute of Science And Technology (FISAT) has carved a niche for itself , significantly manifested by its students .Established in the year 2002, FISAT has been accredited with ‘A’ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in 2016 for it undeterred commitment. FISAT is affiliated to Kerala Technological University, Kerala and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Department of Civil Engineering

The department established in 2011 offers B. Tech program in Civil Engineering and M.TECH program in Structural Engineering and Construction Management with an annual intake of 120 for B.Tech and 24 for M. Tech course. The department has a competent and committed faculty team along with excellent laboratories to cater the needs and encourage their students’ involvements.

Builders Association of India(BAI)

Over seven decades old ,the Builders’ Association of India (BAI) is the only all India apex representative body of civil engineering construction companies. Builders' Association of India has been instrumental for incorporation of Price Variation Clause in contract documents of various works authorities
