All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Submitted papers should be written in the English language and must include title, abstract, author affiliation with email address and keywords.
Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference. Short papers (Work-in-Progress) are an opportunity to present preliminary or interim results.
Authors are requested to submit full papers in IEEE format. The paper length should not exceed 8 pages. However, the authors can extend the number of pages by paying an additional page charge.
Registration fees mentioned on the website are for a maximum of 4 authors per paper. Additional authors need to pay an escalated registration fee of 250 Rs per author.
All submitted papers will be subjected to a "similarity test" by URKUND/Turnitin Software. Manuscripts suffering a 20% similarity score will be examined and those that are deemed unacceptable will be rejected/withdrawn without a formal review.
Copyright violation is viewed seriously, and authors are encouraged to request for permission from the copyright holder if images/tables or text are reused from other sources in your paper. Always give due credit and references in your paper.
