A5: APPLICATION OF BIM IN GREEN BUILDING ASSESSMENT FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS
With environmental concerns becoming more prominent, there's a growing demand for strategies to assess and improve the sustainability of existing buildings. This Research presents a comprehensive framework for assessing and enhancing the sustainability of existing buildings through the utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. The objectives of the study include studying and comparing various green building standards, modeling and simulating an existing multi-storeyed building, identifying critical factors impacting green building evaluation, and optimizing these factors to improve building performance and green ratings.
