Prospective authors are encouraged to submit original, unpublished research papers and recent developments relevant to the conference themes.
Paper Length: Manuscripts should be a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 8 pages, formatted in accordance with the conference guidelines and submitted in .docx format.
Regular Papers: Expected to present novel insights and contributions within the scope of the conference.
Short Papers (Work-in-Progress): Suitable for sharing preliminary findings or interim results.
All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process to ensure high-quality evaluations.
Ethical Guidelines
SECON upholds strict anti-plagiarism policies, and all submissions will be rigorously screened. Papers found to contain plagiarism will be rejected outright. Submissions must not be made solely to obtain feedback from the Program Committee for quality improvement. Submission implies a commitment to register and present the paper upon acceptance. Withdrawals after acceptance are strongly discouraged.
Submission Process
Authors must submit their papers online via the Microsoft CMT system. First-time users must create an account to log in and participate in the submission and review process.
