Are your goals written as SMART targets?
You need 3 supervisors, one for each component. Supervisors must not be a relative (or yourself), but must be willing to be emailed when your component is completed.
You can log as much time each week as you like, but only 1 hour will be counted towards your component time as you are supposed to be working on something over a sustained period of time. If you want more to be clear on the system there is a detailed explanation here.

The limit of one hour a week is in place as you are supposed to be working on something over a sustained period of time.
The Online Record Book (ORB) will allow up to 4 hours every 28 days to be counted towards an Award Section. The start date for each Section of the Award will be from the Monday of the week in which they record their first activity log for that Section. For example, if their first log for their Skill Section is on Wednesday 3rd January, the start date for their Skill Section will be Monday 1st January and the 28 day period is calculated from that date.

A reflection serves two purposes: it tells a reader what you did, it also allows you to say how you developed, and how your thoughts changed. Good questions to answer when writing a reflection would be:
What did you plan to do?
What did you actually do? Did anything surprise you/take longer?
What went well? How can you improve next week/time?
Could someone at the international office reading the logs understand what you were doing?
