STUART POLLARD

Stuart has worked in education for 30 years, starting as an English teacher, moving into teacher training, school leadership and then consultancy. On his professional journey he has specialised in intercultural understanding, inclusion, language teaching and school leadership. He has lived and worked in Hungary, Spain, Portugal, the Maldives and the UK.

Stuart has had a number of roles in international education including head of school, director of student support and language coordinator. 

Currently, Stuart works as a founder of arcQ, a non-profit consultancy focusing on removing barriers for young people transitioning between schools and out of school into independent living. In addition, he is a workshop leader with the IB and a school consultant and inspector for the British Council.

Stuart is passionate about learning in all its forms and has been fortunate to work with thousands of teachers who have changed the lives of many children worldwide.
