We are a non-profit organization (501c3) dedicated to filling gaps so people in our community can live healthy lives free from substance abuse.  We currently have two major programs in Ross County- First Capital Prevention on Main and The Ross County Recovery and Outreach Center. 

As a recovery-centered organization, FCCC supports and empowers community change by identifying service and policy gaps in Ross County and advocating for or implementing a variety of solutions along the care continuum to fill them.
