We are the founders of First Call Physicians, LLC. While our paths may have crossed at different stages in our careers, we share the same principles of quality, compassion, and professionalism with the desire to open opportunities for others to grow.
Meet the founders
Dr. Motaz Baibars, M.D. completed medical school at Jordan University of Science and Technology. conferences and invited editor of many journals, Dr. Baibars is well-versed in the latest advances
in the field.
Dr. Baibars has received numerous awards throughout his career, including Physician of
the Quarter, Teacher of the Year, Best Patient Advocate, and more. His dedication to patient care, academic excellence, and ongoing professional development makes First Call Physicians a

Dr. Vanessa Ruales, M.D. started her healthcare education via undergraduate studies at The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, and then went on to join the hospital workforce at University of Chicago.
She further pursued a M.D. degree at Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines, followed by a Family Medicine residency in Christus Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas.
After residency, she joined The Johns Hopkins Community Physicians hospitalist group at Howard County General Hospital. For almost a decade of hospital medicine, Dr. Ruales also served as an administrator for the hospitalist group, as well as assistant medical director.
She was a recipient of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Excellence Award in 2021 for her work with the Observation unit in reducing hospital length of stay. Outside of healthcare management, Dr. Ruales enjoys traveling and exploring the world.
“Fortune favors the brave” and “You only live once” are the two favorite personal mottos for Dr. Supo Folaranmi, M.D. He became a physician because it gave him the opportunity to combine two of his interests growing up: a love of science/discovery and an opportunity to serve.
Dr. Folaranmi graduated from Howard University College of Medicine and completed Internal Medicine residency at Howard University Hospital. As he further embarked on his career, he discovered further interest in realizing and scaling the business of health care.
He wishes with his partners Dr. Ruales and Dr. Baibars are able to create through First Call Physician a healthcare staffing agency that provides exceptional service consistently across Hospitals in the United States.
