You need to apply for a passport by October 26, 2025 if you have not yet done so!!!!! A brand new passport for a U.S. citizen typically takes 4-6 weeks for routine processing, with an additional up to 2 weeks for mailing. For faster service, expedited processing takes 2-3 weeks and an extra fee of $60. Keep in mind that these are the processing times and do not include the time it takes for your application to arrive at the processing center or the time it takes for your new passport to be mailed to you. 

When you have your passport, please enter your passport information to your EF account (https://account.eftours.com/tours/45210709/). You need to check and make sure that your passport information matched EXACTLY the information that you entered on the EF website. If it does not match and they have already purchased your tickets, you will be charged a change fee. 

You must also submit a color copy of your passport to Mrs. McCarty. Mrs. McCarty or Mrs. Rice can make a color copy of your passport for you in the office if you are unable to do so yourself.

• DO NOT ask Mrs. McCarty or Mrs. Rice to make a copy during class!! Neither Mrs. McCarty nor Mrs. Rice will be able to help you with a color copy of your passport during class. You must come in the morning or after school for help with this.
