Subscription Service
Wakeup Hero requires subscription to access some app functionality.
Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wakeup Hero for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer the application
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or services
Use the application for unlawful purposes
Disclaimer
Wakeup Hero is intended as a productivity and alarm utility application. While we strive to provide reliable alarm functionality, we do not guarantee that alarms will always operate without interruption or error.
Users are responsible for verifying alarm settings and maintaining device functionality.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wakeup Hero and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Changes to Terms:
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
