I grew up in Miller City. I am the seventh of eight children. I graduated from The Ohio State University with my bachelor of science in education and my master's of education. I was thrilled to start teaching here at St. Michael's right after graduation. This is my twenty-fifth year here. I truly enjoy teaching fifth grade, and love that I can share my faith with my students.
My husband and I live in Columbus Grove with our four children. We currently have one child working in an apprenticeship, one in college, one in high school, and one in elementary school. In my free time, I enjoy attending my children's sporting events, walking, reading, gardening and camping.
