Professional Christian Life Coaching

Proverbs 1:20-33

Skills for improved relationships, lifelong mental health, and increased joy.

Our relational brains are at work, assessing the environment before we consciously understand it. Attentive awareness can build skills for staying relational instead of defaulting to preconscious "triggers".

Practice grateful reflection. Set aside a few minutes each day to sit with a pleasant memory and practice gratitude. With time and practice, you can rewire your brain.

What if you could learn one skill that would profoundly impact your lifelong mental health?

Developing the skills for relational joy gives us the strength we need to face challenges and overcome them. Develop the skills and practices needed to increase relational joy.

Relational Leadership Coaching

This is what it looks like when a leader remembers who they are and stays relational.
