The client must receive ADV Form 2A and 2B at the time you give them the IAS Agreement
Risk Questionnaire (in Advyzon or paper)
To activate the mobile app for a client
Go to the client you would like to activate the app for.
Select the "Client Portal" Tab
Check the box next to the client portal or portals you want to enable mobile for.
Select the "More" button and find " Mobile Setup"
Select the options by adjusting the sliders
Click "Apply" to finish the activation
You have the ability to select individual clients or multiple clients to switch to the updated Portal 2.0.
From the Client Portal App, select the client portal account that you want to transition
Click the More menu at the top of the grid
Select Upgrade to V2
Select the portal template you want these clients to view when they log in
Click Apply
