When am I ever going to use this?

We will use… scale factors when we buy our own houses and draw up plans for house or yard!  

We will use…. Proportional relationships when we have to break apart a recipe for different portions!

We will use... percentages and decimals… when we have to add up the tax on groceries, tip our waitresses/waitors, buy a car, or DO OUR TAXES!! 

We will use... area or circumference... if we decide we want to sew, paint, or cover different household or work  items!

We will use “how much for one?” when we break down grocery cost or recipes!

We will use slope when... we become engineers and have to make the slope, and curves on our major freeways!
