Cabana & Pool Rentals

*IMPORTANT POOL NOTICE: One of the pool lights is currently not functioning, and unfortunately, repairs cannot be completed until the end of the season. As a result, evening rental hours have been adjusted for safety reasons. Your reservation will include:

• Pool and Cabana Access: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Cabana-Only Access: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  
  

The pool must be cleared by 8:00 PM, and no swimming will be permitted after that time. The cabana will remain available for your use until 10:00 PM.

Additional Lifeguard Fee

**If your event will have between 50–80 attendees, whether residents or non-residents, an additional $100 fee will be applied to accommodate the cost of a third lifeguard. This ensures we have full and safe coverage for your event in accordance with our safety protocols.

All times listed above include setup and breakdown. If additional time is needed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

HOA Member Rental Eligibility

Please note that only HOA members in good standing are eligible to rent the cabana and/or pool.
All dues must be current and there must be no outstanding violations or unresolved issues with the association.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your event, your security deposit will be refunded in full. The rental fee, however, will be credited to your FGHA account and can be applied toward a future event or your annual dues.
