FieldPulse offers a two-way integration with QuickBooks Online to automatically sync your customers, estimates, invoices, payment records, and invoice items between FieldPulse and QuickBooks to make end of year accounting easier. Leverage FieldPulse's integrated invoicing system and leave the accounting work to QuickBooks.
To ensure a successful sync, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
Google Meeting Participation:
Join the Google meeting on a computer, and make sure the main QuickBooks Online administrator is also present. This allows for immediate authorization or troubleshooting if needed during the sync setup.
Administrator Access:
Ensure that you are set as an Administrator on QuickBooks Online. This is required for authorizing the sync process between QuickBooks and FieldPulse.
Disable Automatically apply credit Setting:
In QuickBooks Online, click on the Gear Icon.
Choose Accounts and Settings.
Select Advanced and click the Automation section.
Disable Automatically apply credits.
Click Save and Done.
