WASHIGTON VELASQUEZ
Biografía
(Guayaquil - Ecuador, 1988) Obtuve el grado de Ph.D. en Ingeniería de Sistemas Telemáticos en julio de 2019, y Máster en Ingeniería de Servicios Telemáticos e Ingeniería de Redes en julio de 2014, ambos por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM, España). Obtuve el titulo de Ingeniero en Telemática en 2013 (ESPOL, Ecuador). He impartido clases en el área de redes de datos y sistemas telemáticos en la carrera de Ingeniería en Telemática de la Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral. He estado investigando en campos relacionados a la Telemetría y Control Remoto, Smart Cities y Big data. con un enfoque en sistemas de Telemedicina.
