Live02 ~ Oxygen

While you are using the Live02 machine you will be wearing a facemask and breathing in oxygen that is 90% O2 for several minutes. We then will flip a switch and you will be breathing oxygen that is 20% O2. Then we flip the swich again and take you  back to breathing the 90% O2 again. This causes a sling shoot affect to get oxygen flowing into the deepest parts of your body where maybe blood isn't flowing very good at this time. This can also help to oxygenate your blood which will help with:
