Fidda App Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for Smart Devices
These terms and conditions constitute an official agreement between the Fidda platform and its customers. Using this app and entering your personal information signifies your acceptance of this agreement and its provisions. Therefore, if you disagree with any of the terms, you must refrain from using the app.
Definition of "app" and "customer"
App: Refers to Company AL-FADAT AL-SABEA For IT Systems registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, owner of the Fidda application.
Customer: Refers to any individual over the age of 18 who benefits from the services offered by the app and submits an order.

Cancellation:
If we cancel an order due to unavailability of a product or any other reason, we will contact the customer to inform them of the cancellation or request their approval to replace the unavailable product.
Customers have the right to cancel an order before paying for it.
Fees and payment:
All fees due to the customer are immediately payable.
We have the right to block a customer if they fail to pay the fees.
Indemnification:
Users must indemnify Fidda or any user affected by a violation of these terms and conditions as a fixed liability in accordance with the provisions and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Returns and exchanges:
According to the return and exchange policy, which is in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, you will have up to one hour to return the product (products) from the time of receipt. Please make sure that the returned items are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with the tags still attached. After receiving the product to be returned and verifying its quality, we will send you an email confirming your return request and the time it will take to process the refund. For eligible returns where the product is damaged upon delivery, we will refund the full amount paid. If the fees are pending, you cannot request a refund before the fees are collected. In the case of an unpaid order, you must pay the value of this order before requesting a refund, and you may need to update your payment information.
Please note that the following items are excluded from this return policy: underwear, cosmetics, and personal care products.
