The International Staff Week will accept a limited amount of participants. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation has been confirmed. We’ll confirm your participation after the registration deadline.

Travel costs, meals (if not indicated in the program) and accommodation have to be covered by the participants.

The participation fee €175 will cover workshops, welcome dinner, coffee breaks and cultural events (labs visit etc…).

We recommend members of our European partner universities to apply for an ERASMUS+ grant through the International Office at their home institutions.
