Chaney has run marketing and communications teams at both Stanford University and UC Berkeley; prior to that, she co-founded a boutique consulting agency, World Education Group, assisting smaller universities with international student recruitment. Before JAKALA, she served as the Dir. of Marketing & Customer Experience for Rick Steves' Europe.
A graduate of Stanford and Georgetown, she has worked in and around academia for most of her career; in her current role as Director of Client Success at JAKALA, she supports Ivy+ & major state institutions with large-scale web & digital projects.

Tom has worked in website accessibility compliance for three years advising organizations on how to improve their systems and processes. While working at Monsido, Tom has focused his work on public sector organizations, specifically higher education, school districts, municipalities, and state level organizations looking to increase accessibility and demonstrate reporting of their progress.
In his current role Tom works with marketing, communication and IT teams to assess website accessibility vulnerabilities and inform them of upcoming legislation and enforcement in ADA & AODA compliance.
