The seminar is co-financed by the MAEI (Mission des Affaires Européennes et Internationales): the aim of the program is to connect nations through sport. We therefore particularly encourage exchanges with participants from other countries.
Developing high-level women's sport involves creating dedicated pathways to excellence, with specific support. To this end, the federation wants to give coaches the tools and methods they need to provide their players with the best possible support.
The individual progress of chess coaches depends on the exchange and sharing of best practices. The spirit of the seminar is to establish lasting connections between participants.
