The seminar is co-financed by the MAEI (Mission des Affaires Européennes et Internationales): the aim of the program is to connect nations through sport. We therefore particularly encourage exchanges with participants from other countries.
In the medium term, the Federation aims to offer a complete, unified system for coaches. We are counting on the participants to form a corps of volunteer coaches who will build this method.
The individual progress of chess coaches depends on the exchange and sharing of best practices. The spirit of the seminar is to establish lasting connections between participants.
