Saber CG will be an open CG category and compete on the 5280 CG floor.  They will only compete against other Saber CG's.

"Rocky Mountain Drill Leader's Camp" date is to be announced but will take place in June and be located at Fountain-Fort Carson High School.

T-Shirt and Event Banner link was activated.  Please order your merchandise before 15 March 2027 so we can have the appropriate time to complete the order.

***NOTE:  For 2028 and beyond, 9'6" staffs are required for color guard events. This is the final year allowing 8ft staffs in color guard events.***

1) Teams must use hardwood staffs of a minimum 8' and equal height; ( 9' 6" staffs may be used but do not add a scoring advantage) those teams who have uneven staffs will be penalized.

2) The Colors must be a minimum of 3' x 4' and must be equal in size to the organizational flag. The organizational flag must be a state flag or JROTC Unit flag ONLY; Fringe is OPTIONAL on all flags

3) All Army teams MUST use a SPADE as their top finial while all other services must use a finial IAW their service manual."

With these rules now in place, judges will no longer be told to utilize any subjectivity on the degree of difficulty anything maintains to execute - the "judges what they see as they see"
