Project Leader

Responsibilities:

I make sure everything in the project gets done on time. I organize the team and tell everyone what to do. I make sure everyone talks to each other and to people outside the team. And I always check that the project fits with what we're trying to do overall.

Responsibilities:

I'm in charge of making the project look great, from the website to all the marketing stuff. I make sure everything has a consistent and attractive style that matches our brand. I design the logo and other visual stuff, making sure it all fits together nicely. I work closely with the techie to make sure my designs are doable and easy to use.

YOSHIKI MAKINO

Responsibilities:

I lead the business and marketing side of the project, figuring out how to sell it and get the word out. I find people who might want to use our project and come up with plans to reach them. I handle things like public relations and promotions too. And if we need money or help, I work on getting partnerships and funding sorted out.

JORDAN KING SANTOS

Responsibilities:

I handle all the technical stuff for the project, like making sure everything works right and looks good on the website. If there are any problems, I figure them out and fix them. Plus, I collaborate with the Project Leader to make sure our technical solutions match up with what we're trying to achieve in the project.

Responsibilities:

I dive into market research to grasp who our target audience is and where the industry is heading. I gather and analyze data to guide our project decisions. By studying our competitors and spotting potential market opportunities, I keep us ahead of the game. Every strategy and piece of content we develop is grounded in thorough research and evidence.

Responsibilities:

I also take charge of conducting market research to decipher the intricacies of our target audience and industry trends. With a methodical approach, I diligently gather and analyze data to offer valuable insights guiding our project decisions. My keen observations on competitors and potential market opportunities keep us primed for success. Every content piece and strategy I craft is rooted in thorough research, ensuring its credibility and effectiveness.
