Students created motivational posters to share with other students, family, and staff members at school when others are experiencing strong emotions to help them cool down.
Doing Something That You Love!
Students sent us videos of doing things that they love to do in their free time. This included making tik toks, being yourself, and playing the drums! Doing something you love can help you cool down when you need to since you are focusing on something that you enjoy to do!
