My name is Mallory Sample and I am the Early Intervention Special School District Social Worker at Ferguson Middle School and McCluer High School.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you, so here's a little bit about me!
I live in South Saint Louis City with my husband, two kids (1 boy, 1 girl), two dogs, and a cat. I grew up in North County and graduated from McCluer North (Go Stars!). I enjoy reading, watching my kids compete on their swim team, hanging out with my family, and exercising (such a great stress reliever!).
I graduated with my Master's in Social Work from SIUE and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2012. I have been working in the field of social work now for over a decade in various districts across St. Louis City and County.
My job is as an early intervention social worker. This means that my students do not have current IEP's. The hope of my role is to work with students and families in order to equip them with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and resources to create life long success, both in and out of the classroom.
I hope you find the information on my site helpful. Please feel free to email me at mcsample@fergflor.org or call me at 314-989-8000 ex. 1270 if you need any specific help or have any questions.
