Students seeking to enroll in MOCAP courses provided by or paid for by the district must notify their building principal of this request. Requests will be accepted continuously, however, it may not be in the student's best interest to transfer to online courses too far into a semester. These requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
The district will act on all requests in a timely manner and either approve or deny initial MOCAP requests within ten business days from the date the principal or designee receives the request unless the student has an IEP or a Section 504 plan.

(Requests for applications submitted during June and July may take additional time to be processed due to staff vacations. Please do not submit a 2nd request.) An individual request must be submitted for each student you wish to be considered for the MOCAP program.
