I am an Assistant Lecturer of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. I hold a B.A. in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. I previously worked as a consultant on multiple projects at the OECD and UNICEF. I was also an intern at the IMF. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Economics at both Paris 1 University and Cairo University under the supervision of Lionel Fontagné and Chahir Zaki. My main research interests include international economics, trade policy, and environmental economics.
