Coach Boehm is currently in his twelfth year at Fenwick High School. He began his tenure in the Information Technology Office, where he played a key role in launching the school’s 1:1 iPad initiative by establishing the Digital Learning position. His role gradually evolved into a hybrid position encompassing both admissions and athletics, where he focused on guiding coaches in the strategic use of social media and digital marketing to enhance recruiting efforts and build program visibility.

He now serves as an Assistant Director of Admissions, working closely with prospective students and their families as they navigate the admissions process and prepare to join the Fenwick community.

Throughout his time at Fenwick, Coach Boehm has made significant contributions to the athletic department. He has coached football, baseball, and lacrosse, and served as Director of Fenwick Hockey for five years.

Prior to his time at Fenwick, Coach Boehm held several leadership roles in professional and collegiate sports. His experience includes serving as General Manager for the Schaumburg Flyers and Lake County Fielders (minor league baseball), and the Lexington Horsemen (arena football). He also worked as Vice President of Team Operations for the Chicago Rush (Arena Football League) and contributed to the University of Kentucky football program. In addition, he coached football and baseball at Lafayette High School.

 Coach Barabasz has coached boys football for 11 years at all different levels (Frosh, Soph, Varsity) and all different positions (defensive skills, offense, HC, O-coordinator).  For the past 4 years was the Offensive Coordinator for the Fenwick Freshman and Sophomore football teams. 

Has worked at Fenwick since 1997 as a teacher, administrator, coach and bus driver.  Currently works in Fenwick's operations department and teaches history.  Lives in Aurora with his wife Mary Beth and his three children Maura, Jimmy and John.
