The closest shelters we partner with are the Burbank Animal Shelter in Burbank, California and the East Valley Animal Shelter in Van Nuys, California.

What is the ID on the PET's name needed for?
It is needed for the adoption. Without knowing the pet ID, you would not be able to adopt a pet. This ID is how the people at the shelter know which animal you want.
