Marshall Syndrome is a very rare chronic genertic disorder caused by a mutation in one of the five collagen genes. This causes defiency and rapid deterioiation of my collagen. Collagen is in every single part of my body.
I take collagen supplements and protein daily but ultimately, the answer is no. This is chronic and incurable. Medical teams have done a lot over the years to help me maintain a normal standard of life.
Because this is an oral surgery, it is all being billed with dental codes. It is a very unfortunate and honestly, unexplainable, situation but even though this is all caused by a medical problem and is causing medical problems, it is still all considered to be a dental procedure in the billing world. We have done everything we know to do to get insurance on board, to no avail.

No. Because of my anatomy, this is a very dangerous surgery even with the most skilled surgeons and equipment at their fingertips. Most of those programs would probably not even take the risk and the ones who would kinda scare me.
I hear you. Last year, I almost died in an operating room 25 minutes from my house and ended up in Surgical ICU for 7 days. I cannot imagine being in a foregin country and away from my people in the event something goes wrong. Just seems like a terrible idea.
No. This is urgent but it is not considered "emergency" yet.
