FEDAC LLEIDA is a semi-private school that belongs, together with 23 other schools, to the Foundation FEDAC (Fundació Educativa Dominiques anunciata Pare Coll), which is an educative Foundation that rules the Dominiques Anunciata schools in Catalonia.
FEDAC LLEIDA is an experienced, welcoming, innovative and transformative school with a great team of qualified teachers and big facilities which aims to offer a high quality competencial education to all the students. To achieve this academic excellence, the school education project, called Avuixdemà2024, seeks to develop all the students potential growing all the personal dimensions and fostering a comprehensive education.
FEDAC LLEIDA is located in the city centre of the city of Lleida, it has 547 students from pre-primary (I3) to 4th ESO (S4). The school has a variety of different types of diversity which enriques the global learning of its students.
All methodologies and projects are carried out with the aim of catering its students with all the abilities they may need in order to become transformative future citizens.
Concerning CLIL and the use of the English language, the school has the multilingüe project which focuses in the progress and improvement of all the lingüistic abilities of the students in all the languages taught in the school, so there are many activities and actions done. Regarding the English language, in pre-primary students have 33% of their lessons in English, and in primary a 12% approximately, depending on the grade and a 6% in secondary. One objective is to increase these percentages, these and other reasons lead the school to participate in the project.
