Fe3 Construct operates Fe3 HQ (the "App"), a project management platform available at [Fe3Hq.com] and as a mobile application.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App and services.

We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers (hosting: AWS/Heroku, analytics: Mixpanel/PostHog, payments: Stripe/Paddle, email: SendGrid/Mailgun, etc.)
Your team members or organization administrators (within the same workspace)
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), regular security audits, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Project data is retained until you or your organization administrator deletes it. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 90 days for recovery, then permanently delete (except where required by law).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Object to or restrict processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards where required.
Our App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Use bots or automated tools to access the Service (except public API with permission)
Reverse engineer or copy the Service
Free and paid plans are available
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
All fees are exclusive of taxes
No refunds except where required by law
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or if we believe it’s necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data may be deleted after 30–90 days (see Privacy Policy).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% UPTIME OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [YOUR COMPANY NAME] WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
