Description: Our goal is to raise awareness and take the initiative to not only our school but our state. By taking on the American Heart Challenge, our school will have the opportunity to fundraise and save people's lives in need of transplants. On top of that, we will also responsibly educate ourselves on the leading cause of heart diseases. After a couple of learning sessions, we plan to host walkathons and fun activities to motivate the crowd.

Also, keep in mind, after participating in the American Heart Challenge, juniors/seniors will be eligible for a scholarship provided by the American Heart Association!

Description: The Vista Audio Visual Club offers a place for Video Production students to engage with like-minded creatives and continue creating personal projects outside of school with the assistance of a team who is interested in the field. We will meet every Tuesday in Mrs. Valtierra's flextime, with different focuses per meeting: Assignments, Skills, Collaborations, and Reviews are run in a rotating monthly schedule, and will create an ideal environment for developing and honing your skills as a budding producer.

The club will offer involvement in schoolwide video needs, such as PAs for Mista Vista, and will do at least one yearly community service project, in which we create a free promotional video and distribute it for a local charity.

Description: Team Celebrate is a non-profit organization based in EDH. As of this year, Team Celebrate now has another branch here at Vista! Together we will build connections, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills to help put together 10 birthday boxes for a local foster organization. Team Celebrate has already sent out 10,000 boxes through 5,000 volunteers nationwide!! Each box will contain birthday cards, treats, presents, and more to bring a smile to a foster child’s face. We will put together fundraisers, card decorating days, as well as the best day which will be putting together the boxes. We will create connections with great non-profits in the area, as well as give back to our community!
