Inquiry Cycle

The Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) is used for teacher growth and development. These are your opportunities to examine your practice, try new things, and get feedback. The triad meeting is held at the beginning of the year with the candidate, mentor and site administrator. The meeting will help the candidate get familiar with the site and expectations. After the meeting, the mentor will upload the signature document from the triad meeting to the candidate's folder in Google Drive.
