Funding Requests Overview and Process 

Effective 7/12/22, Forest City Indian Sports Boosters established a new process for coaches to submit funding requests.  

Funding requests are due each quarter on Aug. 15, Nov. 15, Feb. 15 and May 15.


For funding to be considered, coaches should:

1) Review the Decision Rubric  and complete the Funding Request Form 

2) Submit Funding Request Form to cmoore@forestcity.k12.ia.us and tthompson@forestcity.k12.ia.us 

3) Await notification of approval which will occur in the monthly Sports Boosters meeting following the request deadline (September, December, March and June).

Concessions Use Agreement 

The Indian Sports Boosters concessions stands, materials, and equipment can be used by external organizations within the FCCSD upon approval of the ISB Concessions Committee. 

Per the ISB Bylaws, usage agreements and fees fall into 2 categories by the type of organization requesting use, (1) Red Organization* an organization/entity related to an athletic team. and (2) Gray Organization**an organization/entity that is separate from athletic activities and/or unrelated to an FCCSD athletics team.

To request use of the ISB concessions, please complete this form and return to the Concessions Manager (Allison Moore amoore@forestcity.k12.ia.us) at least 15 days prior to the event.
