Families of 11th grade students are reminded that there are additional vaccine requirements for 12th grade. All students entering 12th grade in NC are required to have a booster dose of the MenACWY (meningococcal) vaccine. Please make an appointment with your health care provider to complete these vaccine requirements before August! Documentation of vaccine completion should be provided to the school nurse. The Franklin County Health Department is offering these vaccines at after hours clinics in March and May. Contact the school nurse, Jessica Huffman for additional information.
