For students without internet, get a pair of dice. Roll them before each exercise.

Whatever number you roll, that's how many of that exercise you need to do!

Stretch first! 1. Jumping jacks 2. Push-ups 3. Sit-ups 4. Hop on one foot

5. Hop on the other foot 6. Squat down and jump straight up 7. Jog around the house
