To begin the sponsor application process, start by reviewing the information below. There are multiple sponsorship tiers and specialty sponsorships that can fit budgets of all kinds. Regular sponsorships differ in benefits according to specific tiers. Another sponsorship option is the specialty sponsorship, which is a flat fee for a specific item or service. Specialty sponsorships include banners, programs, goodie bags, etc. If you wish to contribute a portion of the funding towards a specialty item instead of the full amount, please contact us via email. ● Distributed on a first come first serve basis
● The program will serve as the primary form of advertisement for sponsors and vendors
Info Cards- Quantity 12,000 $360
● Distributed to over 12,000 students in Fauquier County
● These will be printed in color, double-sided, and be a primary advertisement for the Innovation Festival
Stage, DJ, steps, music, sound system, microphones- $2000
● These devices will be used for providing a light-hearted yet informative event.
● As a sponsor, you will receive multiple acknowledgments for your entertainment system
Bounce House- $200
● The bounce house will be set up throughout the day and will primarily appeal to our younger audiences

- How can an exhibitor be included in the scavenger hunt?
A scavenger is a way to bring direct traffic to your space! The goal is for participants to find these exhibitor spaces and get a stamp from the booth once they completed their activity. Once a child visited each exhibitor on the scavenger hunt, they will turn in their sheet to us and be entered to win a prize.
- What if I do not have an activity idea for my table?
We understand that not every exhibitor has a direct relationship to the STEAM industry. This is okay! Your organization can contact innofest@fcps1schools.net for ideas and options that can make your booth stand out!
