Andora Corley, a former Frederick County Public Schools student, will speak about her transformative experience as a Youth Apprentice with Phoenix Mecano. Through this program, Andora gained hands-on professional experience that shaped her personal growth and career aspirations. Now an intern on Phoenix Mecano’s Sales and Marketing team, she demonstrates the incredible opportunities that the Youth Apprentice Program offers students, showing how real-world work experiences can inspire confidence, skill development, and a clear path toward future success.
