Description of program

Elevate Academy is a FREE 19-day program where your child will be able to continue to work towards earning high school credits!

Elevate Academy will begin on Monday June 20, 2022 and end on Thursday July 21, 2022. The program will run from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday with the exception of the week of July 4th, the program will run Tuesday through Thursday due to the holiday on Monday. Breakfast and lunch will be available to your child.

Elevate Academy will be held at Middletown High School and will be offered in-person. Bus transportation will be available. If your child currently walks to Middletown High School, they will continue to walk to Elevate Academy!

Because space is limited, students are expected to attend each day! Student participation is by invitation only. In order for your child to get the greatest benefit from the Academy, consistent attendance is necessary. In order for your child to receive high school credit in Elevate courses, students may miss no more than two days of the program. If your child is in need of additional allowances, please contact your Elevate Academy Team for approval. Please complete the registration form and return it to school to secure your child’s spot in the Academy!
