What is FCASC?

The Frederick County Association of Student Councils is a student led organization that works to represent Frederick County students and better the Frederick County Maryland area. 

FCASC is the representative body for students in Frederick County, MD. We encourage students to present their concerns so they can be recognized and resolved. As a student council, we facilitate regular communication with representatives from all secondary schools in order to comply best with the interests of different students from varying demographic and socioeconomic backgrounds. FCASC promises to work together to create a better tomorrow for all students.
