This multi-day lesson walks the students through the basics of HTML and how it is used in web design. The students will build a resumé page (or PBL page) through the process of learning different HTML techniques such as: headings, paragraphs, ordered/unordered lists, images, ruled lines, hyperlinks, and text formatting.
This three-day lesson incorporates the use of cascading style sheets (CSS) instead of doing all formatting within the HTML for webpages. It will introduce inline and external style sheets and revamp the resumé project website.
